Court No. - 84 HON'BLE JAI PRAKASH TIWARI, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajeev Kumar Sing, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. The present bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 323 of 2025, under Sections 351(3), 124(1), 115(2), 85, 80(2) BNS and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Crossing Republic, District- Ghaziabad during pendency of the trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is mother-in- law of the deceased and she has been falsely implicated in the present case. As per the first information report, there are allegations of torture of the deceased by the applicant and other family members in connection to demand of dowry. It is next contended that before her death, in her statement recorded by the Executive Magistrate, deceased stated that due to torture of applicant and other family members, on 15.9.2025 she herself
