The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.136 of 2024, under Sections 85, 80(2) BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Aurai, District Bhadohi during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, this is second bail application filed on behalf of applicant and first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 13.12.2024 which has been annexed at page-115 of the paper-book after considering the fact that applicant is husband of the deceased and it does not appear to be a case of suicidal death but after rejection of first bail application of the applicant during trial when doctor Mukul Pandey, who conducted the autopsy was examined befor
