The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.874 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 3(5), 61(2) BNS & 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station-Pipraich, District-Gorakhpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. In compliance of the order dated 09.04.2026, Investigating Officer of this case, Atul Kumar Srivastava, is present and he has stated that he had sent the instructions to the Joint Director (Prosecution) through mail on 08.04.2026.
