The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0123 of 2025, under Section 16/17 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Aligarh, during pendency of the trial. 3. As per report submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh notice on the first informant has been served, however, no one appears on his behalf. 4. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail for the last 11 months.
