The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.20 of 2026, under Section 8/20 of NDPS Act, Police Station Gulawathi, District Bulandshahar. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and she has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that the applicant has been implicated on the basis of recovery of 5 kg. of ganja (contraband), which is below commercial quantity and the same was kept by the applicant for her personal use. It is further submitted that the applicant has no criminal history. While recovering the aforesaid ganja (contraband) from possession of the applicant, th
