The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 12 of 2026 under Sections 3, 5(1), 5(2) 5(3) of Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021 and Section 61(2) of B.N.S., Police Station-Akbarpur, District-Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The informant was an employee of Navakanti Society for the past 10 years and a dispute with respect to salary led to the registration of this false first information report.
