The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.215 of 2025, under Section 109 B.N.S. and Section 3/25 Arms Act and 3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station- Rajgarh, District- Mirzapur during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. It is a case of firing on the police party. No police personnel has received any injury. In fact, the applicant has received injury in the alleged incident. False recovery of a country made pistol, a live cartridge and live-stock has been shown.
