The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 02 of 2026, under Section- 2/3 of U.P. Gangster Act & Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Singhawli Ahir, District- Baghpat, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case solely on the basis of a single base case, in which the applicant has been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 36920 of 2025, vide order dated 28.10.2025. Therefore, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail, as he has no other criminal history in the present case.
