The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No.618 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Aonla, District Bareilly, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, nobody was named in the FIR but during investigation applicant has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He next submits, admittedly nothing incriminating could be recovered from possession fo the applicant. He further argued, applicant never indulged in slaughtering of cow.
