Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 921 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) BNS, Police Station- Khair, District Aligarh. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR. Subsequently on the basis of CCTV footage as well as information received from informer, co-accused Dharmendra and Boss Pratap were arrested and in their confessional statement, name of main accused Harish surfaced with allegation that Harish along with two persons were involved in
