The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.328 of 2025, under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Nauchandi, District Meerut, during pendency of the trial. 3.
