The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.457 of 2025, under Section 8/20 NDPS Act, Police Station Ankur Vihar, District Ghaziabad, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, as per allegation applicant alongwith two others were arrested and from their possession alprazolam powder was recovered. He next submits, as per allegation from the possession of the applicant 125 gram alprazolam powder was recovered but entire recovery is totally false. He next submits, even as per allegation from the possession of the co-accused Asma 120 gram alprazolam powder was recovered but she has been released on bail co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.03.2026 passe
