The present second bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 486 of 2023, under Sections 377, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Modi Nagar, District Ghaziabad, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that this is the second bail application filed by the applicant and his first bail application was rejected on merit on 29.8.2024. It is further submitted that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 9.9.2023.
