The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.10 of 2026, under Sections 85, 89, 115(2), 351(2) BNS and Section 3/4 DP Act, Police Station Shikohabad, District Firozabad, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is husband of the deceased and on the basis of false allegation due to matrimonial discord he has been made accused in the present matter by his wife. 5.
