This bail application has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant/ Indresh Tiwari @ Monu, for grant of bail, in Case Crime No. 578 of 2025, Under Sections 2(b)(i), 2(b)(iv), 2(b)(viii), 2(b)(xi), 2(b)(xiv) and 3(1) of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Shahpur, District Gorakhpur, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for accused-applicant, while pressing the bail application, submits that, the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case as well as in the other ten cases mentioned in the gang chart. However, in all these ten cases mentioned in the gang chart, he has been released on bail and the bail orders with regard to these ten cases have been placed as Annex
