The present anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C./ 482 BNSS has been filed by the accused-applicant who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Case Crime No. 276 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 of BNS, 2023 and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Ghunghter, District Barabanki. 3. Brief facts of the present case are that an FIR has been lodged on 18.08.2025 under section 80 (2), 85 of BNS Act, 2023 (corresponding sections 304 B & 498-A of IPC) and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act against four named accused persons including the present applicant alleging therein that love marriage of the sister of the informant was solemnized six years ago and from the said wedlock
