First anticipatory bail application has been filed with regard to Case Crime No.53 of 2026 under Sections 109, 126(2) B.N.S., P.S. Achalganj, District Unnao. 4. As per contents of first information report, the incident is said to have taken place on 04.03.2026 at about 5:30 P.M. when informant as a police officer, while patrolling was informed that a mob including the applicant had entered into an altercation. Upon receiving such information, the informant along with other police personnel reached the spot and sought to dissuade the applicant and co-accused f
