This first anticipatory bail application has been filed with regard to Case Crime No.0133 of 2025, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S. Mahmoodabad, District Sitapur. 3. It is submitted that as per gang chart, applicant has been shown involved in single case bearing Case Crime No.333 of 2024 in which applicant has already been enlarged on bail by trial court in Bail Application No.1029 of 2024. It is submitted that no other case is pending against the applicant. 4.
