The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on anticipatory bail in Case Crime/FIR No. 198 of 2025 under Sections 121(1), 121(2), 132, 125(b), 221, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 3(5) BNS and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, registered at P.S.-Subeha, District-Barabanki. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that on 10.07.2025 the Revenue Inspector, along with a team constituted in compliance with the order of the S.D.M. dated 05.07.2025, went to the spot for performing official duty.
