The present anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C./ 482 BNSS has been filed by the accused-applicant who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Case Crime No. 0280 of 2025, under Sections 109 (1), 105, 115(2), 352, 351 (3) of BNS (old Sections 307, 304, 323, 504 and 506 IPC) Police Station Khargupur, District Gonda. 3. Brief facts of the present case are that an FIR has been lodged on 15.11.2025 at about 11.30 AM under sections 109 (1), 105, 115(2), 352, 351 (3) of BNS (old Sections 307, 304, 323, 504 and 506 IPC) against the four named accused persons including the present applicant.
