Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. The present application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in case crime No. 525 of 2025, under Sections 206, 276, 271, 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of B.N.S. & Section 8C/21 of N.D.P.S. Act, P.S. Jalalpur, District Ambedkar Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated. He further submits that the applicant is not an owner of the alleged pharma and he is only servant of the co- accused Naseem Haider. The applicant is not named in the FIR and his name has surfaced in the confessional statement of the said co-accused Naseem Haider. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the applic
