The present anticipatory bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.383 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 333, 110, 352, 3(5) BNS, Police Station- Safadarganj, District- Barabanki. 4. As per prosecution case, the complainant lodged an FIR stating therein that on 20.08.2024 at 9:00 P.M. in the night the accused- persons entered into his house with lathi, danda and banka and started beating to the complainant with their weapon, due to which the complainant sustained serious injuries. 5.
