The present application under Section 438 Cr.P.C./482 B.N.S.S. has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR/Case Crime No.0660 of 2025, under Sections 59, 61(2), 316(5), 318(4), 303(2), 317(2) of B.N.S. & Section 7A/12 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, Police Station- Madiaon, District- Lucknow. 3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that a racket was being operated for facilitating the passage of overloaded trucks transporting sand and gravel without valid permits, causing loss to the State Exchequer.
