The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.703 of 2009, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 506 IPC, P.S. Vrindavan, District Mathura, during pendency of the trial. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused- applicant has falsely implicated in the FIR dated 13.08.2009 with the allegation that the accused/applicant and other co-accused trying to usurp the Ashram property. The accused/applicant was granted interim anticipatory bail in order dated 30.01.2026, which is continuing. The charge sheet is submitted.
