The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 29 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 352, 109 BNS, P.S.- Hapur Nagar, District- Hapur. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the case in F.I.R. dated 19.01.2026 lodged by the informant with the allegation that the accused- applicant has apprehended the informant and started beating.
