The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicants to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 474 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 61(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) BNS, P.S.- Saraimeer, District- Azamgarh. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicants that the accused-applicant no.1 is a marginal witness, whereas the accused- applicant no.2 is a bona fide purchaser for value of the property, which he has purchased from co-accused Abdul Samad. The allegation in the F.I.R. dated 01.12.2025 is such that the sale deed has been executed on 05.08.2024 to defeat this claim of the informant, who is a Mukhtar of the original co-sharer of the property.
