Heard Sri Anand Pati Tiwari, learned counsel for the accused- applicants, learned AGA for State and perused the record. 2. The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicants to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 153 of 2020, under Sections 354, 363 IPC, P.S.- Ayana, District- Auraiya. 3. At the start of the argument, learned A.G.A. submits that the informant has been served through her brother. The service report is there along with the instruction. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the F.I.R. is lodged on 24.09.2020 by father of victim against Harendra and the younger son of Pradhan. Further submits that the accused-applicants have neither been named in the F.I.R. nor in the statement of victim recorded under Sections 161 and 164 CrPC. No overt act has been alleged against the accused-applicant.
