The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 1373 of 2021, under Sections 498A, 304B, 307, 34 I.P.C. and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station – Kotwali Nagar, District Bulandshahr, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till conclusion of the trial, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3.
