The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 424 of 2020, under Sections 147, 149, 323, 504, 506, 427, 354-Kha IPC, P.S.- Sarai Mamrej, District- Prayagraj, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant is student of MBBS. The FIR is lodged on 19.11.2020 by the informant, a self proclaimed journalist. The allegation in the FIR is such that on 16.11.2020, he went to the hospital of co-accused to cover the news. The accused applicant and other co-accused have beaten him which led to the injuries on person of injured. The FIR is delayed. During investigation, accused applicant
