The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Complaint Case No. 52008 of 2023 (Smt. Manju Vs. Dr. Jyoti Agarwal), under Section 420, 504 IPC, P.S.- Highway, District- Mathura, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that there is a complaint case against the accused applicant- doctor filed by the informant with the allegation that the complainant went to the clinic of the doctor-accused applicant for the purpose of Dilation and Curettage (D&C), wherein the accused has advised that her fetus is dead and provided the pills. The complainant then took the second opinion and found that the report provided by the accused applicant,
