The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 56 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 351(3), 352, 109 BNS, P.S.- Kotwali, District- Varanasi, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the case by the informant in FIR dated 07.03.2026, wherein the allegation is that the accused applicant along with other co-accused have entered into the house of the informant and asked for extortion of Rs. 5 lakh.
