The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 54 of 2023, under Sections 457, 380 IPC, P.S.- Kotwali Deoria, District- Deoria, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR is lodged against anonymous person. There is allegation in the FIR dated 19.01.2023 is that some anonymous person entered into the house and stolen the household items goods and jewelleries. The name of accused applicant has been disclosed in the statement of co-accused. Accused applicant has criminal history of five cases, which are opened by the police.
