The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 248 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2) BNS, P.S.- Sikandrabad, District- Bulandshahr, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the false and frivolous FIR dated 13.03.2026 has been lodged by the informant against the accused applicants and unknown person. The allegation in the FIR is that on 12.03.2026, the accused applicants have inflicted lathi danda and iron rod blow on him when the informant was returning home.
