The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 475 of 2016, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 471 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Shahar, District Mirzapur. during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicant have applied for the post of Assistant Teacher and provide testimonials, which came out to be forged during scrutiny. The FIR is lodged by the Director of Education on 20.05.2016 against 48 persons. The investigation is continuing despite lapse of ten longs years. The accused/applicant is apprehending arrest, though he wants to cooperate with the investigation. Hence, seeks anticipatory bail as the applicant is
