The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 38 of 2026, under Sections 121(1), 132, 324(4), 125, 126(2) of BNS, Section 3/4 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act 1982, P.S.- Kotwali Mursan, District- Hathras. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused applicant that the accused applicant has been named in the FIR lodged by the police on 08.02.2026 for the incident of the same day when the villagers were protesting on the highway on the death of a child. The police when tried to vacate the road, they have started brick battle. Where some of the police person injured. General role has been levelled against the accused applicant
