The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 29 of 2026, under Sections 85, 80(2), 108 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Rajpura, District- Sambhal, with a prayer to enlarge her on anticipatory bail, during the pendency of trial. 3.
