The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to release them on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 404 of 2025, under Sections 109, 115(2), 118(1), 191(2), 191(3), 352, 3(5) of BNS and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S.- Bakewar, District- Etawah during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the accused applicant have been falsely implicated in this case along with co-accused Akash Babu, who is the brother of applicant. The FIR is two days delayed lodged on 30.11.2025 for the incident of 28.11.2025. The allegation in the FIR is that the accused applicants were in the marriage procession of their brother Akash Babu.
