The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 13 of 2024, under Sections 295A, 153A, 505(2) IPC and Section 3/5 U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021, P.S.- Madhogarh, District- Jalaun. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the F.I.R. dated 03.02.2024 lodged by the informant against the accused-applicant and anonymous persons. The allegation in the F.I.R. is such that the accused- applicant has forced to informant for conversion to another religion in violation to the Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021.
