The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 265 of 2025, under Section 109(1) of BNS, P.S.- Shivrajpur, District- Kanpur Nagar. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the belated F.I.R. has been lodged by the father of victim on 24.12.2025 for the incident of 20.12.2025. It is alleged in the F.I.R. that the injured went to see the plot of some builder, where he found that the accused-applicant and other co- accused were playing cricket. He had stopped them from playing cricket, which led to beating of the injured. The accused-applicant has no criminal history. He is a student of B.Sc.
