The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.673 of 2025, under Section 318(4), 351(2), 105 BNS, Police Station- Mahola, District Moradabad, with a prayer to enlarge her on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends her arrest in the abovementioned case. 3.
