Court No. - 71 HON'BLE AVNISH SAXENA, J. 1. Heard Sri Ram Chandra Solanki, learned counsel for the accused-applicant, learned AGA for State and perused the record. 2. The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 856 of 2025, under Sections 2(b)(i), 2(b)(xi), 3(1) of Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S.- Ramgarhtal, District- Gorakhpur. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the provisions of the gangster act disclosing therein three cases of theft lodged against anonymous persons about house breaking and theft. The accused-applicant is on bail in all the three cases. He wants to cooperate in the investigation, but apprehends arrest and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 4. Per contra learned
