The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 856 of 2025, under Sections 2(b)(i), 2(b)(xi), 3(1) of Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S.- Ramgarhtal, District- Gorakhpur. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the provisions of the gangster act disclosing therein three cases of theft lodged against anonymous persons about house breaking and theft.
