The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 50 of 2017, under Sections 409, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, P.S.- Cantt., District- Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR is lodged on 03.04.2017 for the offence occurred in the year 2016. The applicant was the Director of Dhenu group. Applicant has resigned from the company in the year 2012. The allegation is embezzled of Rs. 65 Crores of the company. Investigation is continuing since last nine years.
