The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 353 of 2025, under Sections 109, 351(2) BNS, P.S.- Aonla, District- Bareilly, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the belated FIR has been lodged on 30.05.2025 for the incident dated 28.05.2025 wherein the informant has stated that the accused applicant and other co-accused came to his house for mediation as the sister of applicant is married to the informant.
