The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 458 of 2020, under Sections 363, 323 IPC, P.S. Gajraula, District Amroha during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in the case of enticement lodged by father of the victim. The main allegation is against Dil Hasan, who was stated to have enticed the daughter of informant. In the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 CrPC, stating therein that the accused/applicant Arman met the victim, who has taken her to his residence, where the mother of accused/applicant has taken the victim to the police station.
