The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.445 of 2025, under Section 85, 61(2)(A), 80(2) BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Rawatpur, District Kanpur Nagar, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant, who is the father-in-law of the victim, has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR has been lodged with an excessive delay of more than three months, on the basis of an application under Section 173(4) BNSS.
