The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 34 of 2025, under Sections 3/7 of Essential Commodities Act, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Bulandshahar during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicant are hawkers against whom the FIR has been lodged by the Supply Inspector on 09.01.2025. It is the allegation in the FIR that the accused/applicants were apprehended by the team with 34 Cylinders of various Gas Companies.
