The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 54 of 2026, under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 352, 118(2) BNS, P.S. Naugawan Sadat, District Amroha during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that there is cross FIRs between the parties. In the FIR dated 25.02.2026, wherein the accused is named with the allegation that the accused/applicant went to the house of informant for the return of loan amount. The altercation between two led to the cross fight, both the parties suffered injuries. The investigation is continuing. The applicant has no criminal history.
