The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 43 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3),190, 333, 118(1), 115(2), 351(2), 352,110 BNS, P.S. Chilh, District Mirzapur during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in the case.There was a cross fight between the two families of the same village on the point of accident of a child. Both the parties have entered in cross fight, wherein both the parties suffered injuries. The cross FIRs have been lodged. The applicant was not present at the place of incident as he was already undergoing treatment at Samarth Nurs
