The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to release them on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 96 of 2024, under Sections 323, 325, 504, 506, 308 IPC, P.S.- Charwa, District Kaushambi during pendency of the trial. 3.
