Court No. - 72 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard Learned counsel for the applicant and Learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.685 of 2025, under Section 64(1), 316(2), 352, 351(2) BNS, Police Station- Kotwali, District Deoria, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about two months and seven days. No explanation has been given for the delay in lodging the FIR. The applicant has no criminal antecedents. The victim is a married woman, who is fifteen years elder to the applicant. The applicant was granted interim protection by this Court in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.1657
